Our Human Resources Policy

It is to prepare and develop the human resources infrastructure necessary for the Company to achieve its goals and objectives by making the best use of human resources in parallel with the Company’s vision and mission and to establish an organization that learns, develops, is creative and creates added value by using contemporary management techniques accordingly.
