SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

We adopt sustainable growth strategies as a principle and thus, contribute to our country’s developing and constantly growing economy. We manufacture value-added products with high global recognition.

We are aware of the fact that our social, environmental and economic responsibilities are interconnected with our sustainability principles.

Human Rights

  1. Respecting all universal human rights adopted in the world, supporting these rights and taking responsibility in order to ensure that these rights are not violated.
  2. Supporting moral and spiritual values and placing them above all other values, without discriminating on the basis of religion, language, race, etc.
  3. Respecting the rights to education of all young people around the world and supporting these rights materially and morally.
  4. Complying with the principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and taking necessary measures against our domestic and foreign customers who act in breach of these principles (child labor, etc.)

Occupational Health and Safety

  1. Attaching primary importance to occupational health and safety, and supporting people responsible for product cycle processes.
  2. We ensure that our employees receive the necessary trainings on Occupational Health and Safety, and we carry out field inspections.

Customer Health and Satisfaction in the Product Life Cycle Process

  1. Attaching importance and giving priority to customer health and satisfaction in the product life cycle process.
  2. Informing our customers about the health, safety and environmental effects of our products in a clear way.
  3. Supporting the product life cycle by means of traceability systems, and taking responsibilities in this regard.
  4. We conduct surveys on customer health and satisfaction at regular intervals, and make necessary improvements in line with recommendations.

Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery

  1. Adopting anti-corruption and anti-bribery as our primary responsibility.
  2. Reviewing our processes against irregularities and standardizing them in a controllable way.
